In recent years,the serious consequences of global warming are concerned widely by the international community.The paper first reviews the status quo and the related forecasts of climate change.The authors then discuss the efforts made by the international community to slow down the climate change,and some problems we should pay attention to when making climate negotiations with foreign countries.Finally,emphasis of the discussion is put on the choice of China's environment policy in post-Kyoto times based on the situation of China.
