摘    要:随着网络经济时代的到来,电子商务作为一种新型的贸易方式,为旅游餐饮市场带来了崭新的挑战和机遇。本文通过旅游电子商务在我国餐饮行业的发展现状研究,以SWOT框架为基础,分析了自贡"盐帮菜"餐饮企业实施电子商务的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战,进而提出了基于旅游电子商务的自贡"盐帮菜"餐饮企业经营管理对策。
