摘 要: | 随着人力资源重要性日益显现,人力资源管理者在现代企业中扮演的角色也越来越重要。文章以人力资源管理者素质模型为基础,利用层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process)确定相关指标的权重,对考核指标进行综合评从,建立了人力资源管理者绩效考核体系模型,用以对人力资源管理人员进行职业化的绩效评估。

Abstract: | As the significance of human resources getting more obvious, HR managers play an increasingly important part in a modem enterprise. Based on HR manager performance model, weighing relevant indicators through the Analytic Hierarchy Process, the article gives a comprehensive of evaluation index and builds up the performance evaluation assessment model of HR managers for the performance assessment of profession. |
