| Abstract: | As China a developing country, the industry transfer is a great impetus to promote her industry development. This essay treats of the significance, in the great wave of economic globalization, of seizing the good opportunity of the adjustment of world industrial structure, accelerating Hi-Tech industries with IPRs independence and setting up her advantage of competition of Hi-Tech industries. This is the fundamentality for China to change into a powerful country. |
