| 摘 要： | 近年来,我国由于资源开发的迅速扩大和能源消耗的迅猛增长,由生态和环境破坏带来的损失逐年加大,这说明我们的经济增长是以生态环境成本为代价的。因此,发展生态生产力,坚持科学发展观,建设和谐社会,必须正确理解和把握GDP与绿色GDP的含义。
