| 摘 要： | 本文从资源和能力的角度来研究第三方物流，提出货主企业应与第三方物流企业建立面向学习和能力发展的新型关系，使企业不仅仅通过实施第三方物流将自己的资源和能力充分发挥出来，更重要地是要同物流企业一起共同学习，发展各自的能力。

| Abstract: | This paper considers third party logistics (TPL) from a resource and competence perspective. A typology of TPL relationships should be developed which is more learning and competence oriented. Thus new competencies could be developed in the relationship between the shipper and the TPL provider. |
