| Abstract: | Concentrating on the problem that afects the country＇s developing in modem electronic commerce. Combining with the present international method of electronic commerce, we have done some researches on how to use relevant technology on the delectronic payment and realize the problem of buying on INTERNET and paying in real time. This article points out the key on how to turn buying on INTERNET and paying real time into reality. |
