科技民营企业实施股权激励问题研究

摘    要:科技民营企业在我国发展迅速,经过20多年的努力取得了令人瞩目的成就,已成为我国国民经济发展新的增长点。但企业在管理方面却存在不少问题,如家族式管理、严重的人才流失、不健全的制度法规等。造成这些问题主要原因就是科学民营企业缺少合理的激励体制。现在,越来越多的民营企业家已经认识到,对经营者实行股权激励将会成为一种必然的发展趋势。本文在科技民营企业的股权激励必要性论述的基础上,针对存在的问题提出了民营科技企业实行股权激励的对策。

Abstract:Private enterprise of science and technology develops rapidly,making great success through 20 years' efforts,and it has been the new point of growth of national economic development in our country.But many problems exist in management,such as family management,serious brain drain,imperfect system regulation,etc.After analysing its reason,we find it is caused by lacking rational encouragement system in the private enterprise of science and technology.More and more entrepreneurs have realized that stock in contrive will inevitably assume the development trend.Basing on the introduction of the importance of stock incentive,this paper puts forward and expound the fact that private enterprise of science and technology should implement the countermeasure of stock right incentive.
