破解液化贸易发展瓶颈 加快建立国际分拨中心——宁波口岸液化贸易发展中的问题及对策

宁波口岸液化品贸易在国内遥遥领先的优势正在逐渐丧失,其发展受到政策、港口、市场瓶颈。要扭转不利局面,必须充分利用宁波口岸建设液化国际分拨中心的有利条件,加快保税物流中心(B型)建设,争取政策优势,加快联网监管,培育液化市场,大力发展国际中转贸易。达到近期将通过韩国中转到国内的液化品吸引到宁波,远期发展成远东乃至亚洲地区主要的化工产品中转基地的目标。

With the restrictions in policy,port and market,the trade development of liquefied products at Ningbo Port that was once far ahead in China is now losing its dominanceTherefore,the existing advantages in establishing the international allocation center of liquefied products at Ningbo Port should be made full use of,the construction of physical distribution center for protective trade (Type B) be accelerated,the advantage of the policy be taken advantage of,the supervision on the net be improved,the market of the liquefied products be developed,and the international transit trade be reinforced in order to change the situation and hence make Ningbo the transit port of the liquefied products abroad via Korea in the short run and the transit base of chemical products in Far East and even Asia in the long run
