| 摘 要： | 目前，我国旅游行业中通行的导游薪酬体制存在极大的不合理性，这也是直接制约导游服务质量提高的根源所在。从导游人员以“回扣”为主要收入来源的现实问题出发，通过分析当前导游薪酬体制形成的客观原因，提出了改革现行导游薪酬体制的具体措施及其实施的必要条件。

| Abstract: | At present, there is much irrationality for the tour guide's salary system in Chinese tourism industry, which has directly restricted the quality of tour guide service. Starting from the real problem of main revenue of tour guide-commission, this paper analyses the objective reason of current salary system's formation and brings forward the measures and necessary conditions to reform it. |
