城镇化与农村剩余劳动力转移问题分析

城镇化是解决中国日益突出的农村剩余劳动力转移问题的根本途径。但是伴随着此过程,也出现了其他一系列问题亟待解决,如农村剩余劳动力快速转移在某种程度上影响农村经济的可持续发展,给城市带来一系列问题等,因此,在推进城镇化转移农村剩余劳动力的同时,应采取相关配套措施,多管齐下,才不至于偏离我们的最初目标。

Analysis on the Issue of Countryside Urbanization and the Transfer of Surplus Rural Labor Force

Urbanization is the ultimate solution to the issue of increasingly emergent transfer of surplus rural labor force.However,accompanied by this process,other series of problems become desiderated to be resolved.For example,the swift transfer of surplus rural labor force,to some extent,has hindered the sustainable development of rural economy and on the other hand led to a series of problems,etc.Hence,in the meantime of impelling the transfer of surplus rural labor force,coordinated sets of measures run by multi operation should be taken so as to,at least,avoid deviating from our initiative purpose.
