| 摘 要： | 休闲是人的存在方式和自由生命状态，它充分体现着人的本质，是对人性的一种回归．旅游更是人们对自由的追求，对人性的发展，并逐渐成为人的一种生活方式。随着休闲时代的临近，休闲与旅游的关系日益紧密，旅游也愈加成为人们休闲的重要方式．而就旅游的本质而言，休闲旅游是人类旅游活动达到最高境界的途径，休闲充分彰显着旅游的本质．

| Abstract: | Leisure is the method of existence and free life of a person, it shows the essence of a person, and it is a kind of return of human nature. Tourism is a quest to freedom and humanistic development for people, and it becomes a kind of life style gradually. Along with the approaching of leisure time, the relation of leisure and tourism becomes more and more intense. Tourism will be an important form of leisure. With regard to the essence of tourism, leisure tourism is the best path that people＇s tourism activities attain the perfect state. Leisure displays the essence of tourism well. |
