| 摘 要： | 潜在增长率的测算与现代经济增长理论紧密相连,是现代经济增长理论在实践中的运用。从现实情况看,潜在增长率的估算,在短期可以评估通货膨胀的压力;在中期可以反映出经济发展所处的状态,有利于决策者确认可持续实际经济增长的空间;在长期可以对经济增长的影响因素和发展趋势做出判断,从而为政府制定长期发展战略提供依据。

| Abstract: | The estimation of potential output growth rate reflects the implementation of modern economic growth theory in practice.In the short term,it can forecast the inflation pressure;in the middle term,it can indicate the economic state and provide for decision maker the actual sustained economic growth space;in the long term,it can affect the judgment on the elements and trend of economic development,which serve the important reference for government to make long-term development strategies. |
