| 摘 要： | 建构了农民工就业歧视的"过程理论"分析模型,时农民工就业歧视现象的内在机理进行了分析,认为制度排斥和非制度排斥造成了就业歧视现象的存在.并对制度排斥和非制度排斥存在的理由进行了探讨,最后对促使农民工就业歧视现象式微的路径进行了理论和现实的探索.

| Abstract: | This paper builds Process Theory Model to analyze the problem of the discrimination against the peasant workers.And then it analyzes the inner mechanism of the discrimination and concludes that governmental institutional arrangement and the non-institutional exclusion lead to the emergency of the discrimination.It also discusses the reason for this exclusion.In the end it puts forward theoretically and practically some suggestions for uncovering the phenomenon. |
