| 摘 要： | 介绍了用变频器技术实现发酵罐搅拌器转速控制,以取代原来工频额定转速的控制方法,节约用电达33%,降低了原材料的消耗。该系统具有无扰切换、自检、联锁保护措施。

| Abstract: | This paper introduced the frequency conversion control method,instead of the original control method,to control the beater.With the new control strategy,energy consumption is 33% less than before,and raw materials are economized.The new control system also has other advantages,such as no disturbance switching,self-detection,and interlock protection. |
