| Abstract: | Primary task of realizing the goal of area integration, is narrow the difference between town and country, realize integration strategy of urban and rural areas, and advance urbanization construction energetically. In order to adapt to urbanization and integrated development of area under the new situation, the government must meet the needs of market economy and change the function. |
