| 摘 要： | 项目管理团队工作是否有效是项目成功的关键因素,任何项目要获得成功就必须有一个有效的项目管理团队。因此,如何建设一支有效的项目管理团队对项目的成功是至关重要的。文章把标杆管理有关理论应用到项目管理团队建设中,以期望为项目管理团队的建设做出一些探索。

| Abstract: | The effective PM team operation is central to successful projects. Any project must have an effective PM team if wants to succeed. Therefore, how to establish an effective PM team is a very critical to the success of projects. The paper makes use of relevant benchmarking theory in PM team establishment so as to find a new way for PM team construction. |
