| 摘 要： | 在分析城市基础设施建设特点,基础设施建设与城市经济发展、土地增值收益关系的基础上,研究了由城市基础设施建设带来的土地增值收益分配问题,提出了利用土地增值收益促进房地产市场健康稳定发展,创新城郊结合部农村集体建设用地制度的思路。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the infrastructure characteristics,urban economy development,added values from land,this paper studies the issue of allocation of land value that comes from city infrastructure.It is proposed that we should use land value-added profit to promote the healthy and stable development of the real estate market,and innovate the system idea of rural construction land utilization in suburban areas. |
