| 摘 要： | 近几年随着融资租赁业的快速发展,融资租赁在大型建设项目融资尤其是施工类企业的设备融资中将得到广泛应用。从融资租赁的基本特征出发,分析其两种发展形式的区别,并结合融资租赁与经营租赁的区别及应用分析,总结利用融资租赁融资的优势。

| Abstract: | In recent years,with the development of financial leasing,it has been applied widely in large-scale construction projects,especially in the mechanical device financing.The paper analyses the basic characteristics of financial leasing,in two different developing forms.The advantages of the financial leasing are brought forward on the basis of the differences between financial leasing and operating leasing. |
