Analysis on the Economic Motivation of the Establishment of China ''s Intellectual Property System

The intellectual property system is the product of modern economic and technological development. With the deepening of knowledge economy and globalization, the intellectual property economy is becoming one of the important influencing factors of economic development. This paper explores the economic drivers for the development of intellectual property and the construction of intellectual property systems by comparing the historical process of modern Chinese and western intellectual property and combining with the competition situation of intellectual property rights both at home and abroad.
