| Abstract: | The Credit and Loan continuous increased dramatically in 2009 and 2010.The monetary policy tended to tighten. While the monetary reserve rate in the major banks reached the high level of 21%,how is the performance of the commercial banks at the end of the year? This article analyzes them upon the coming out of the annual report of 2010. |
