企业生命周期与企业家行为方式关系探析

本文从企业生命周期理论、组织行为的角色理论入手,从众多企业发展研究的文献中,归纳、分析与企业生命周期对应的企业家行为方式,从中发现两者之间存在统计分布关系。这种统计分布关系,不应成为影响企业家行为的“宿命论”,相反,企业家应时刻注意“修身养性”,与时俱进,用自己的行为去影响和改变企业的生命周期,使企业“基业常青”。

Study on the Relationship Between Entrepreneur's Behavior and Lifecycle of Corporation

This study based on theories of lifecycle of corporation and role in organization. The relationships between entrepreneur's behavior and lifecycle of corporation are summarized from lots of examples of corporations' development. The conclusion is that there is statistical relation between them. But it shouldn't be the obstacles of ameliorating the entrepreneur's behavior. Entrepreneur must keep on self-questioning to insure the continuance of the corporation's survival and development.
