| Abstract: | It has been ended that the period of transition of Chinese retailing entered into the WTO . now, We face the total strategies of comprehensive opening and to modulate and develop old industrial base in Ji Lin Province. The retailing of Ji Lin Province should analyse its specificitise, find out disparities between different regions , then it applies its advantages, seize opportunities , in order to won in competition. |
