| 摘 要： | 视供应链为一系统,指出该系统的组成要素为供应链上的核心厂商、上游供应商及下游销售商;供应链系统优化关键是对该系统边界进行优化,边界优化问题即供应链合作伙伴的选择问题;最后,针对供应链合作伙伴选择评价指标体系特点,结合具体企业,运用AHP及模糊评价组合方法对供应链合作伙伴选择分析,表明该组合方法具有很好的效果。

| Abstract: | The paper consider supply chain to be a system which consists the core plant.the suppliers and the retailers; The key to optimizing the supply chain system is how to optimize the system boundary, that is how to select the cooperators from supply chain; Finally, considering the futures of the signs of the evaluation of the ccoperators, with the AHP-FUZZY,join together the concrete case example to proceed the analysis, this will shows that the AHP-FUZZY is an efficient way. |
