| 摘 要： | 近年来,房地产价格的高涨引起人们的广泛关注。国家相继出台了很多相关政策,以期打压过高的房价,但却并未取得理想的实际效果,部分地区的房价甚至出现了不降反升的现象。为了了解国家政策对欠发达地区房地产业发展的影响,人民银行舒兰市支行对辖区内的相关企业进行了调研,并在调研结果的基础上进行了汇总分析,指出了国家政策对当地房地产业发展的影响。
