安徽省对高校师范生的需求总量上供大于求,存在着明显的结构性短缺问题。引导和鼓励高校师范生(以下简称高师生)到基层基础教育岗位就业,对提高基层教师队伍素质,尤其是缓解皖北农村教师紧缺的困境有着非常重要的意义。文章从分析安徽省高师生实际供需状况着手,找出问题症结,提出政府加大政策支持力度、实施皖北支教计划、完善中学教师统一招考机制、设立基层就业市场、建立教师人事代理制度等有效途径。
