| Abstract: | Based on the data analysis of the documents and financial statistics annals, the paper discusses China'sfinancial subsidy together with analysis of the three WTO regulations involving subsidy and anti-subsidy. Thenit evaluates the regulations for reference and enlightenment. It also elaborates the challenge and reforms to Chi-na's fiscal subsidy and suggests the countermeasures such as guarantee and favor, reform and adjustment. |
