| 摘 要： | “能本管理”源于“人本管理” ,又高于“人本管理”。所谓“能本管理” ,是一种以人的创新能力为核心的管理 ,是人本管理发展的新阶段。其总目标是通过采取各种行之有效的方法 ,最大限度地发挥每个人的潜能 ,从而实现能力价值的最大化。建立在用工制度、用人制度、分配制度和领导制度等方面的能本管理制度 ,是实现“能本管理”目标的有效途径。

| Abstract: | Ability-oriented management stems from human-oriented management and is superior. It takes man's creativity as the essence of management, and thus making a new plane in the development of human-oriented management. It takes as its ultimate goal the maximum exercise of a man's potential for the maximization of one's value. The regulation concerning the subject is an effective course toward its realization. |
