| 摘 要： | 运用结构化访谈、问卷调查、探索性因素分析等方法探讨了我国企业家资本的构成维度,结果表明:在中国文化背景下,企业家资本是由政治资本、创新能力、风险决策能力、融资能力、社会关系、把握市场机会能力等六个维度构成。

| Abstract: | This study explored the structure of enterprisers capital with the methods of exploratory factor analysis. the results showed: Under the chinese culture background,the structure of enterprisers capi- tal comprises four factors:Politicalcapital,innovation competence,risk decisionmaking competence,fi- nancing environment,relation network,market opportunity. |
