| 摘 要： | 江苏科技型中小企业能否顺利地融资与发展关乎江苏产业发展和＂两个率先＂战略目标的实现。文章从江苏科技型中小企业通过国际私募股权式基金帮助,进行境外上市融资时所面临的法律风险入手,分析了法律风险形成的原因,提出了选择正确的融资模式、建立现代法人治理结构和管理团队、强化内部管理和控制等对策措施。

| Abstract: | The technological small and medium-sized enterprises in Jiangsu which can finance and develop well concern the growth of Jiangsu industry and The Two Leading strategic objectives.This article analyzes the legal risk facing the technological small and medium-sized enterprises in Jiangsu which become listed on overseas stock markets with the help of international private equity.More than this,this article analyzes the reasons of it and proposes useful suggestions to prevent the legal risk. |
