摘    要:随着市场经济竞争的日趋激烈,企业的发展越来越依赖于员工的主动性与创造性。合理的员工福利制度能够提高员工的责任心和忠诚度,有效地激发员工的积极性;而且可以改进企业的成本效率,从而获得竞争中的成本优势。弹性福利作为当代企业福利管理的一种创新模式,能够更好地满足员工的多种需求,是企业福利管理的一种新的发展趋势,较现有的基本员工福利具有一定的激励效用及竞争优势。
