北部湾经济区与珠三角经济区的发展比较研究

北部湾与珠三角两个经济区同属南方沿海地区,区位优势相当,比较两个经济区的发展,对于发挥北部湾经济区的后发优势进而促进其实现快速发展具有重要的现实意义。文章认为,推进北部湾经济区的发展,应充分利用好国家政策,坚持改革创新;以点带面,发挥中心城市的辐射带动作用;发挥优势,优化沿海港口功能布局;统筹规划,推进北部湾区域经济一体化;转变职能,创新行政管理体制;聚集人才,创建人事改革试验区。
