| 摘 要： | 经过20多年的发展,我国高新技术产业开发区为经济发展做出了巨大贡献,与此同时,高新技术产业开发区也面临着政策优势减弱、产业粗放、土地资源减少和环境污染等一系列问题。文章认为,应当从政府政策的持续支持、形成产业聚集效应、建设生态工业园区及建设＂以人为本＂的完善的和谐的人文新园区等方面着手促进高新技术产业开发区的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Through 20 years development,high-tech industrial zone contributed a lot for the national development.At the same time,the high-tech zone also faces a series of issues such as less policies advantages,industrial intensified,less land resources and environmental pollution.This paper considers that the sustainable development of high-tech zone should start from policies support,industrial cluster,human-oriented and harmonious development of the zone,etc. |
