| Abstract: | Coopetition strategy has the advantages of obtaining scaled economic benefit,lower trading cost,cooperation effect and innovation.It is a rational choice of the enterprise competitive strategy under the mega competition.The coopetition strategy is affected by the factors both internal and external of the enterprise.Chinese enterprises should actively adjust competitive strategy,pay attention to practical applications of coopetition strategy. |
