| 摘 要： | 文章认为,农地所有权虚化现象是农地制度改革的发展方向,有进一步虚化的必要性。强化承包经营权应从明确承包土地的财产内容入手,淡化承包土地的社会功能,恢复承包土地的生产要素性质等方面来进行。

| Abstract: | The fact that rural land ownership becomes a mere formality is the developing direction of the reform of rural land system,which has necessity to be further formalized.In order to strengthen the contract for the managerial right,make it a real usufruct,and return the benefits from rural land to rural region should be started with clarifying the property of contracted land,desalt the social functions of contracting land,restore the nature of production factors. |
