| 摘 要： | 后发区域具有后发优势,后发优势的实质是将后发区域具有的静态比较优势转化为动态比较优势,进而形成竞争优势,获取后发利益。对于后发区域而言,具有技术引进和技术模仿的后发优势、制度学习和制度模仿的后发优势、生态环境的后发优势、生产资源与成本的后发优势、文化的后发优势、机遇的后发优势以及资本的后发优势。为了获取后发利益,应将这些后发优势和产业发展相结合,实现产业结构的调整与优化。
