| 摘 要： | 文章分析了跨国物流公司在华发展所采取的市场进入策略、网络构建与业务拓展策略、本土化策略以及人才策略。文章认为,跨国物流公司在华发展策略对我国物流业发展具有重要启示,我国应通过提高政府重视程度,完善法律法规;充分发挥物流相关行业协会的作用;提升物流企业核心竞争力,采取竞合策略;完善物流人才引进和激励机制等措施促进我国物流业的发展。

| Abstract: | Through the market entry tactics,network construction and business development tactics,localization tactics and talent tactics,transnational logistics corporations can foothold and step up efforts to control the industrial chain in China.It has important revelation for Chinese logistics industry.In order to take countermeasures,the government,industry associations and logistics corporations should study the development law of transnational logistics corporations in China seriously. |
