| 摘 要： | 三峡工程安全监测是一个涉及多种专业和学科，包含多层次，结构严密的庞大系统，为保证三峡工程长期安全运行，对这个系统的技术设计了长达两年的详细审查，本文简要回顾了审查工作的经过，分析了这项审查工作的特点，归纳出审查中的几个主要问题，对招标设计需做的改进提出了建议。

| Abstract: | The safety monitoring system of the Three Gorgs Project is a comprehensive system with multi level and close structure and relating to many specialties and disciplines.For the purpose of ensuring long term safety operation of the project, a careful review of the technical design of the monitoring system was organized and completed in a course of two years. This paper briefly summarizes this design review, analyses its peculiarities and outlines the main problems discussed in the review. Finally, works for improving the monitoring system in tender design are proposed. |
