My Opinion about Tructure the Harmonious Harbin

The component of harmonious society is the wise decision of the Central Party Committee,is the expectation of all people.The comprehensive construction well-off society of Harbin must combine its own advantage,adheres to People First,sustainable development principle,establish firmly plan and structure omni-directionally in such aspects as economy,politics,society,culture,reach the unifying organically of spiritual civilization,political civilization and material progress,bring about an advance in harmony in Harbin.
