| 摘 要： | 电子商务和现代物流系统已成为现代企业获得竞争优势的重要手段。由于电子商务的实施,企业的物流模式必须进行相应的转变以适应电子商务环境。本文在分析了电子商务与现代物流特点的基础上,着重论述电子商务环境下的现代物流模式。

| Abstract: | The Electronic Commerce(EC)and modern logistic system have become the important means for modern corporations to win the contest superiority.For the reason of the implementation of EC,the logistic strategy of corporation must be adapted to suit the EC environment.In this paper,the characteristics of both EC and modern logistics are analyzed,based on which the strategy for modern logistic in EC environment is especially discussed. |
