| Abstract: | This paper proposed a method that the electric power construction enterprise can use the Project Guarantee and Bond System in EPC pattern to protect the interests of both the owners and contractors, and preliminary discussed the application of Performance Bond and Guarantee System in EPC. All this is on the chance of achieving a "win-win" or even a "win-win-win" situation. |
