外语教学中元认知训练的研究与实践

摘    要:在元认知理论基础上结合外语教学特点,提出了系统的元认知训练方案,并把此方案应用到高职外语听力教学中,并进行了一个学期的教学实验.训练前后的数据分析表明,元认知训练有利于提高学生的外语听力元认知水平和听力成绩.

Abstract:On the basis of metacognitive theory,combining the characteristics of foreign language teaching,puts forward the systemic metacognitive training proposal,and applies this proposal to foreign language listening teaching of higher vocational education for a semester.Pre-testing and post-testing analysis indicates that metacognitive training makes students improve their foreign language listening metacognition and listening achievement.
