| 摘 要： | 悠久的历史与良好的地理环境为北宋开封饮食文化的发展提供了优越的条件,形成了由官、商、寺、民菜肴之精华构成的开封饮食文化完整体系,代表着当时全国的最高水平。以开封为代表的北宋饮食文化展现了中国饮食文化历史上前所未有的繁荣景象,推动中国饮食文化进入了鼎盛时期。
