建筑伙伴的机理与实施的研究

建筑伙伴是国际建设的先进管理模式之一,其理念与传统的设计－投标－建设模式不同,它不是从对立的角度去观察和解决问题,而是强调理解,合作和信任,已成为当前国际建筑管理和重要研究课题和实践之一。本文在分析,叙述伙伴产生背景的基础上,讨论建筑伙伴的创建,实施和成功机制。针对建筑项目的碎片性质,建立了一种基于“防护屏罩”概念和预防争端的协议体系,对现行建设伙伴架构进行了必要的补充,使建设伙伴更加充实和完善。

The Rationale and Implementation of Construction Partnering

Construction partnering is one of the advanced international construction models.Being different from traditional design-bid-build model,construction parthering emphases on understanding,co-corporation ad trust rather than anticipating and solving the problems from adversarial relations.It has gained many research attentions,and largely used in practice.This paper introduces the background of construction parthering,and discusses the establishment,implementation and success mechanism of construction parthring.Based on the analysis of the fragmentation nature of construction projects,an agreement system based"shielded"is then proposed for dispute prevention.It improves the existing construction parthering framework towards a more dynamic and integrated arrangement.
