| 摘 要： | 研究目的:研究江苏省城市用地扩张的变化特征和区域差异,探讨城市用地扩张的主要驱动机制.研究方法:主成分分析法.研究结果:江苏城市用地呈总量上升趋势,城市用地扩展速率的区域差异明显.研究结论:城市用地变化的主要驱动因素是经济社会发展和人口的增长,而经济发展是城市用地扩张的根本驱动力,经济因素中产业结构调整与经济效益差异则是其直接诱导因素.

| Abstract: | The purpose of the paper is to analyze characteristics of urban land expansion and regional discrepancy,and to examine the main driving mechanism of urban land use change.Method of principal components was employed.The result shows that total area of urban land had a rapid ascending trend from 1991-2003,while the regional difference was obvious in terms of the growth rate of urban land in Jiangsu Province.The main driving forces of urban land use change are the economic development and urbanization,while the economic development is the key factor in Jiangsu Province.Furthermore,factors of adjustment of industrial structure and disparity of economic benefit are direct inducing factors. |
