吉林省构建大长春市的战术研究

在振兴东北老工业基地的战略机遇期中,吉林省主要应通过构建大长春市的战术突破推动战略的实施。具体的战术设计是把已在世界具有一定知名度的长春市和吉林市集合为一个大都市——大长春市。大长春市并不是长春市、吉林市的简单相加或虚拟,它具有1+1=1>2的内涵和功能它的构建不但可以振兴吉林经济,而且也会带动东北地区全面发展。在未来的10年左右,大长春市将成为东北亚最具有竞争力的国际大都市之一。

Strategy Research on Constructing Large Changchun City in Jilin Province

In rejuvenating the old northeast industrial base, the breakthrough of Jilin province is constructing large Changchun city, i.e. combining Changchun and Jilin city together. But it is not the simple addition of the two cities, it should beyond the combination in the meaning and function. In the future ten years, the large Changchun city will be a international city with great competition ability in the northeast Asia.
