我国中小企业创新发展的若干思考

对我国中小企业来讲,创新是可持续发展的必由之路。企业的创新分为制度创新、管理创新和技术创新。这三类创新相互作用,有机联系,构成企业完整的创新机制。本文首先探讨了我国中小企业创新的主要内容,即:制度创新、管理创新和技术创新,从这三类创新着手分析了当前我国中小企业创新发展中遇到的问题,并给出了相应的对策及建议。

The thoughts on innovation development of China's SMFs

On the terms of China's small and medium enterprises,innovation is the only way to sustainable development.Business innovation divides into the system innovation,management innovation and technological innovation.These threecategories of innovation which influences each other and has organic links consist of the complete enterprise innovation mechanism.This paper studies China's main contents of innovative SMEs,which are system innovation,management innovation and technological innovation,analyses the current development of China's SME problems,and Gives the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
