国际直接投资、能力结构与西部经济赶超

中国西部地区国际直接投资(FD I)增长效应缺失,加剧了东西部地区的失衡。西部地区引进FD I,必将会加快其发展进程,但并不意味着西部地区参与国际经济体系的潜在利益就会自动实现,需要在发展过程中不断改进自身能力结构,将FD I的溢出效应与本土企业的能力结合起来,才能形成西部地区持续增长的内生动力,实现经济赶超。

Foreign Direct Investment, Capability Structure and the Economic Goal in Western China

The lack of grow effect of foreign direct investment(FDI) in western China intensifies the imbalance situation between eastern and western areas in China.The speed of economic development can certainly be improved if more FDI is brought into the western regions.However,it does not mean that the potential interests of western regions'participation into the international economic system can be realized automatically.Endogenetic Impetus for sustainable development of western regions could be formed by continuously improving its economic capability structure,and combing the spillover of FDI with the abilities of local enterprises.In this way,economic development of western regions can gradually catch up the level in eastern China,and the economic goal can be reached.
