我国高校收费制度创新的科学发展观探讨

目前我国高校收费水平较高,引起许多社会问题,亟需以科学发展观来指导高校收费制度改革,探索高校收费的适宜水平.经从几个方面测算,认为高校收费总体水平应适当降低,通过制度创新来提高效率和落实科教兴国政策,达到国家有能力投入、高校能够可持续发展、贫困家庭子弟可以通过自身努力完成学业的目标.

Research on Innovation in the Tuition System of Universities and Colleges from the Scientific Development Philosophy Perspective

Nowadays,a high level of tuitions in universities and colleges has caused many social problems,and it urgently requires the reform of the tuition system and the exploration of a proper level of the tuition by guidance of the Scientific Development Philosophy.By measuring several indices in different aspects,we can safely arrive at the conclusion that the level of the tuitions in universities and colleges should be decreased properly.We should enhance the efficiency and fulfill the policies of "invigorating the country through science and education" by systematical innovations,and try to achieve the following three goals: firstly,ensuring the country's great power in investment;secondly,keeping the sustainable development of universities and colleges;and thirdly,making sure that students from impoverished families can fulfill their schooling.
