| 摘 要： | 中国当前的艺术教育很难有标准的尺度，学生对个人能力的培养更是存在迷茫状态，总结我多年的艺术工作经历，我认为应培养的专业能力主要为：观察能力、准确表现能力、独立分析能力、主观感受能力，非专业能力主要为：文化底蕴、生活阅历、执着精神。
